How do I create Ecards?
You can create cards in a few easy steps:
- Choose an Ecard from our large selection, or upload your own photos or artwork from a JPEG file into a Ecard
- Personalize your Ecard
- Preview the Ecard
- Send the Ecard or schedule the card to be sent on a later date.
What tools do you offer to create and personalize my Ecards?
We offer:
- Thousands of Ecards to choose from, from classic to contemporary
- The ability to design a custom Ecard with a photograph or artwork of your own
- Different fonts, font sizes and ink colors to create the inside text of your Ecard
Can I schedule my Ecards to be sent on a later date?
Yes. While personalizing your Ecard, you may change the send date by clicking either the calendar image or the date in the "Send Date" field.
Can I edit or cancel an Ecard after I have clicked the "Send" button?
You can only make edit or cancel an Ecard if it is scheduled to be sent on a later date. This feature is only available to registered users. To make changes or cancel your Ecard, visit the "Order History" page and click "Ecard History." Locate the Ecard, and select either the "Edit" or "Cancel."
Do I have to enter my recipient's addresses manually?
You can, but if you are a registered user you can use our Address Book feature to quickly choose a recipient. Simply click on the link titled "Get email address(es)"
Can I send an Ecard to more than one person?
Yes. If you are a registered user, simply click the link titled "Get email address(es)," and mark all of the people that you would like to send the Ecard to. If you are not a member, select the number of recipients, and enter their e-mail addresses in the fields provided.
Can I resend an Ecard?
Yes. This is a feature that is currently only available to registered users. To resend a card, log in to your BigDates.com account and click the link titled "Order History," then click the link titled "Ecard History." Locate the Ecard that you would like to resend and click "Resend."
Can I track the progress of my Ecard?
You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your Ecard has been viewed. If you are a registered user, you can check the status of the card by viewing your Ecard History.
