How do I create cards?
You can create cards in a few easy steps:
- Choose a card from our large selection of cards or upload your own photos or artwork from a JPEG file into a card
- Use the suggested message or write your own message
- Select your mailing options
- Prepare the envelope
- Review the card
- Check out
We offer:
- Thousands of card designs to choose from, from classic to contemporary
- The ability to design a custom cover with a photograph or artwork of your own
- Different fonts, font sizes and ink colors to create the inside text of your card
- A choice of several stamp styles to give your envelopes a personal touch
- Elegantly printed addresses on your envelopes (we do not use labels or inkjet printing)
Cards are either folded 5 inches by 7 inches (portrait) or 7 inches by 5 inches (landscape).
The paper quality is 100 pound cover stock that is similar in quality to cards you would find in an art museum gift shop. 5" x 7" folded cards from our collection have a matte finish. Custom card creations are UV coated and have a glossy finish. Our envelope stock is 80 lbs, Classic Crest.
Do I have to place a minimum order?
We do not require any minimum order or charge any order set up fees. You can order as few as you want, including just one card. All the printing and customization is included in the price. Quantity discounts are offered. See pricing below.

What are my mailing options?
You choose where you want them sent. There are 2 main options:
- We mail them for you, directly to whomever you specify
With this option, you can have them mailed right away, or you can choose a future date. A postage charge applies to this option. Shipping and handling charges do not apply to this option. - We ship them to you so you can put something in the card or add a special touch
With this option, the cards can be shipped with envelopes that are blank; or the cards can be shipped with envelopes that are addressed for you (including the send to address, return address and apply a real stamp; postage applies) and NOT sealed. Shipping and handling charges apply to this option.
Note: this option is not available for international addresses.
Yes, we provide two mailing options allowing you to add your own handwriting. These options also allow you to add an enclosure or other personal touch.
The options are: "Mail to myself with blank envelopes" and "Mail to myself with envelopes stamped, addressed and NOT sealed".
Do I have to enter my recipients' addresses manually?
You can, but if you are a registered user you can use our easy import tool that works with most contact software programs.
If I order after 5pm on Friday, when will my cards be mailed?
Since our business day cut-off time is 5pm Pacific Standard Time (PST), Monday-Friday, your cards will be shipped on the following Tuesday.
Why wasn't my greeting card mailed after one business day?
Due to the increased amount of orders placed during the holiday season, some orders can take up to three business days to ship.
Can I track the progress of my order?
You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your order is received. You can also check your order history. A link to your order history will be detailed in your e-mail confirmation, or as a registered user you can click on "order history".
Do you use real stamps or a postage meter?
We use real, first-class stamps. You can even choose the stamp style for your envelope.
How much is postage?
First class is used and is $0.42 per card for domestic mailing and $0.94 per piece for international addresses (Canada and Mexico are considered international). See above.
Are there charges for shipping and handling?
A shipping and handling charge applies ONLY if you have your cards shipped back to you. See above.
Do you charge sales tax?
California law requires us to charge sales tax on cards sent to a California address. The tax is automatically calculated and added at checkout.
How can I pay for my card order?
You can use your VISA or MasterCard credit card, or pay with PayPal.
